Therapy for Residents of
Twinsburg, OH

Welcome!

I’m so glad you found your way here. If you’re in Twinsburg and something inside you feels exhausted from carrying so much on your own—quietly managing it all while hoping things might ease—you may have just found the support you’ve been searching for. Therapy here is a compassionate and collaborative space for those living with the impact of trauma, attachment wounds, and long-standing emotional patterns that no longer serve them. Whether your pain is rooted in early family experiences, relationship betrayals, or recurring cycles of anxiety or depression, you don’t have to move through it alone.

I support adults, couples, and families with adult children in Hudson, Ohio—just a short drive from Twinsburg—as well as virtually throughout Ohio, South Carolina, and Maine. I’m certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy, a certified Integrative Trauma Therapist, and trained in EMDR. My holistic and integrative approach attends to the mind, nervous system, and spirit, working gently and intentionally to build safety, deepen self-understanding, and support meaningful change at a pace that honors you.

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong,” but reconnecting with the resilience and wholeness that already exist within you. I invite you to explore the website and services, and to reach out if you feel curious about what healing and meaningful change could look like for you. I welcome your questions and offer a free consultation so we can see if working together feels like the right fit. You don’t have to have everything figured out before taking this next step.
