Therapy for Residents of Stow, OH

Welcome!

I’m so glad you found your way here. If you’re in Stow and something inside you feels weary from carrying too much for too long—quietly holding it together while hoping for relief—you may have just found the support you’ve been looking for. Therapy here offers a compassionate and collaborative space for those navigating the lasting effects of trauma, attachment wounds, and emotional patterns that no longer feel sustainable. Whether your struggles stem from early family dynamics, relationship ruptures, or recurring anxiety or depression, you don’t have to sort through it alone.

I work with adults, couples, and families with adult children in Hudson, Ohio—just a short drive from Stow—as well as virtually throughout Ohio, South Carolina, and Maine. I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy, a certified Integrative Trauma Therapist, and trained in EMDR. My integrative approach supports the mind, nervous system, and spirit, moving gently and intentionally to cultivate safety, deepen insight, and foster meaningful change at a pace that respects your readiness.

Healing isn’t about correcting something that’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with the resilience and wholeness that already lives within you. I invite you to explore the website, learn more about the services offered, and reach out if you feel curious about what growth and healing might look like in your life. I welcome your questions and offer a complimentary consultation so we can determine whether working together feels aligned. You don’t need to have all the answers before taking that first step.
